Description
Performed in the Venugopala Swamy temple in Tamil Nadu where the priests conduct rituals in the name and star of the couple to bestow them with Progeny. Bala Mukunda ashtakam is recited by holding the idol of Baby – Lord Krishna in the lap. Has proven miraculous for couples. Many have named their child after Sri Krishna. It is also performed for safe pregnancy and delivery.
